The New Love of My Life

Yes, you read that title correctly, I have a new LOVE in my life. BUT...Before any of you gasp out loud or call me ugly names, don't worry...I didn't cheat on my husband. I got the HOOVER STEAMVAC SPINSCRUB 12 AMP MOTOR, HEATED CLEANING, SPIN SCRUBBING BRUSH, CARPET CLEANER!! No pictures as of yet, I couldn't walk away long enough. Just wanted to update you guys on my life. Back to cleaning the carpet...By the way, it is unbelievable what comes out of the carpet when you thought all along you were keeping it clean. I am seriously going to get a specimen and bring it to the lab at work for a culture. I am afraid of the outcome. I'll keep you up to date.

Gabby spent last Wednesday night over at our place because she had orientation for SOUTHEASTERN!! We are so glad that she is going to be closer and we hope we get to spend a lot of time with her. Gabby, you are truly a remarkable, powerful, strong, Godly girl who I admire. Keep doing like you are doing and your life will be blessed.

P.S. Just want to let everyone know that she picked NURSING as her major. (I wonder who motivated her into this career decision! lol)

Our Day with Grayson

Last week I finally had the chance to pay Mary, my dear friend, back for all the times that she watched Ana-Patrick while I was finishing up nursing school. Grayson was so well behaved. A quick story...Ana-Patrick had been running circles around Grayson while he was trying to nap. This literally went on for about 5 minutes. Grayson looks up at me from the floor and ask, "Is she like this every single day?". I couldn't help but laugh, but I replied with, "Pretty much Grayson". Rick later told me that the 3 of them were outside and Grayson told Rick, "I feel sorry for ya'll". LOL! He's precious!

Her New Room

This is Ana-Patrick's new bedding set that my amazing mother-in-law bought her this past weekend. I am in the process of cleaning out 2 bedrooms because we are switching her room around and I will be painting, etc. Wish me luck and hopefully I will find the time to get these tasks complete very soon!
